Our Commitment
Seen is an adults-only dating platform. We are committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe environment. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.
Age Requirement
Seen is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We enforce this through:
- Age verification during account registration.
- Immediate and permanent suspension of any account found to belong to a minor.
- Prohibition of any content depicting or referencing minors in a sexual context.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Seen and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, text, or AI-generated content.
- Solicitation or grooming of minors.
- Any attempt to use the platform to contact, exploit, or endanger a minor.
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting content that sexualizes minors in any form.
Detection and Enforcement
We employ the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE:
- Proactive monitoring of content uploaded to the platform.
- User reporting mechanisms — all users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior directly within the app.
- Prompt review of all reports by our trust and safety team.
- Immediate removal of violating content and suspension of offending accounts.
Reporting to Authorities
When we identify or receive reports of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we:
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
